Pressure Washing Software Pricing: What Start, Pro and Crew Include

Software pricing is often the most confusing part of choosing a system. Per-user fees, per-job fees, add-ons for the mobile app, add-ons for texting. PressureWashingBossPro keeps it to three plans with flat monthly prices, so you can tell what you will pay before you start.

Three Plans, Flat Prices

Once you have a first week of setup behind you, as laid out in Setting Up Pressure Washing Software in Your First Week, the question becomes which plan to stay on. There are three:

• Start — $59 a month. Built for an owner-operator.
• Pro — $89 a month. For a growing company with a second rig and office help.
• Crew — $199 a month. For larger teams with several rigs and office staff.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to begin.

What Is Unlimited on Every Plan

Some things are never counted, on any plan:

• Employees. Operators using the crew app are unlimited. Add a seasonal helper without paying more.
• Customers. No per-customer fees as your list grows.
• Addresses. A restaurant group with ten locations costs the same as a homeowner with one.

The crew app and the customer app come with every plan. They are not add-ons.

Start: The Owner-Operator Plan

Start at $59 a month suits an owner running one rig, often with a spouse or partner helping with the books. It includes 2 office users and 1 rig. Texting includes 500 segments a month, sent and received, for customers in the US and Canada.

On Start you get the core of the system: clients and addresses, job details, satellite measuring, recurring plans and the Waiting List, the dispatch board and routing, the crew app, the customer app, estimates and invoicing. Pro: The Growing Company Plan

Pro at $89 a month adds billing automation, replying to customers through two-way texting and the rest of the automated alerts. It includes 3 office users and 2 rigs, and texting rises to 1,000 segments a month.

Pro is where a lot of two-rig washing companies land: one rig on residential, one on a commercial route, an office helper answering texts and building quotes, and billing that runs on its own.

Crew: The Multi-Rig Plan

Crew at $199 a month has unlimited office users and unlimited rigs, with 2,000 text segments a month. It suits companies running three or more rigs, or with several people in the office: a manager, a scheduler, someone handling commercial accounts.

Auto-Routes and Texts

Two things are measured monthly. Texts are counted in segments, both sent and received: 500, 1,000 or 2,000 depending on the plan. A segment is one standard-length text, and a long message can count as more than one.

Auto-routing is also counted per month: 50 auto-routes on Start, 100 on Pro and 1,000 on Crew. The pricing page explains what happens if you go over either allowance.

Choosing the Right Plan

A simple way to decide:

• One rig, you answer the phone: Start.
• Two rigs, or office help, or you want billing and alerts fully automated: Pro.
• Three or more rigs, or several office staff: Crew.

You can start on one plan and change as you grow. A common path is to begin on Start, add a second rig a season later and move to Pro. The plan table on the pricing page shows exactly which plan turns on each automation.

What You Do Not Pay For

It helps to be clear about what is not on the bill. There is no fee per job completed, no fee per estimate sent and no charge for the customer app. There is no separate subscription for the crew app on each phone, and no charge for adding a new operator to a rig. A busy month with twice the jobs costs the same as a slow one, apart from the text and auto-route allowances described above.

That predictability matters for a seasonal business. Your software bill should not swing with the weather.

Thinking About Cost the Right Way

Compare the monthly price with what the software replaces and what it recovers. One forgotten invoice for a $325 house wash, or one missed month on a $95 storefront account, costs more than a month of Start. Hours spent writing invoices and texting customers in the evening have a cost too.
