Building the Package as an Estimate Template

What the Crew Sees

On the crew's phone, the package shows as one job with both surfaces listed: “House Wash, Driveway · 3,800 sq ft · 2-story · Vinyl · Soft Wash.” The access notes say where the spigot is and which cars to move. The crew soft washes the house first, then runs the surface cleaner on the driveway, so the house rinse does not land on clean concrete.

Before-and-after photos of both surfaces go in the crew app. A driveway half done, with a clean line across it, is a picture worth asking the customer about sharing.

Invoicing a Package

When the crew taps Complete, the invoice is created with line items for each service and sales tax added. If the customer has a card on file, it can be charged before the rig pulls away. The invoice shows what was done, which helps when the customer looks at it months later and wonders what “package” meant.

The Package on a Yearly Plan

A house and driveway package is the natural thing to put on a yearly plan. Both surfaces get dirty on roughly the same timeline, and the customer who liked the result this year will want it again. Set the plan by minimum days between visits, 365 for a yearly wash, and it comes due on the Waiting List on its own next year with both surfaces and all the details still on it.
